I've known Mick since '92 and worked with him in marine painting '94-'95. Even back then his mastery of the craft was abundantly evident. More recently, Mick undertook the job of painting the outer hull of our 7'7 single-mast Nutshell Pram. Mick turned the job around very promptly and gave the craft an immaculate finish which has lasted after several years of lake and saltwater use. Mick Brown was recommended to us, by an astute colleague, as an expert in repairing and refurbishing small craft. The job involved repairing structural damage to one Access 303 dinghy and to three keel boards, for one of our affiliated Sailability clubs. The items were badly damaged by the Brisbane 2022 flood.
